"Dispute was handled faster than I thought"
I noticed a random charge on my card and filed a dispute, expecting it to be a whole hassle, actually, it ended up being painless. chase kept me updated along the way, and the money was back on my account quicker than I figured it would be.

"Chase support was a bit frustrating"
I had to call Chase support twice to sort out an issue with my card. The first person I talked to didn’t really seem to help much, which was annoying, especially after waiting a while to get through. The second rep did fix it fairly quickly, so at least it got handled in the end. Still, the long wait and having to call back made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t call it good either

I’ve been using my Chase card mostly for groceries and travel, the points have added up faster than I thought they would. I also ended up using the trip insurance once when my flight got delayed, so that was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with it so far

I stopped by expecting just a quick, simple visit, and that’s pretty much what I got. The staff were friendly and helped me without any hassle, and the ATM worked fine with no issues. Nothing fancy, but it met my expectations and made the errand easy.

As someone who’s routine about checking my money and paying my card on time, I appreciate that chase.com just works when I need it. I mostly use it to check my balance or make a payment, and the login has been solid for me whether it’s late at night or I’m using my phone browser. It doesn’t randomly kick me out or make me reset things constantly, which is a relief. It’s simple, steady, and reliable — exactly what I want from a banking site.

“I did not choose chase, this is the company that Quicken loans sold my loan to. With no input from me, by the way.”

Why are they refusing to let customers go back to the old website -- which was excellent compared to this new monster? slow, inconvenient and looks like it was designed by a child!!

“Because they can and they don't care. The customer service outside of the branch is non-existent . They truly don't care about anything other than the amount of money they can collect from the interest they can collect from our money.”
